GHANA LAW FINDER SUBSCRIPTION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Ghana Law Finder. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online subscription-based service (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation terminates your access for the remainder of the subscription period. Resumption of access to the Service will only be after a new or fresh subscription is obtained.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, downgrades.

You are granted a limited , non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

* Share your login credentials

* Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
